HOT OF THE PRESS: INTELLICHAT OUTPERFORMS EXIT SPLASH 3:1

As you probably know, here at intellichat we are constantly split testing! We are so confident in our products ability to outperform any other exit solution we are offering any new clients who think their sales could do with a boost a 30day trial.

Recently we have been questioned about our chats performance against an exit solution such as Exit Splash. When asked if we would like to take a split test against them, we revelled in the chance to test out both platforms. To make this a fair test, we refrained from using any of our countless new features and went solely for the standard set-up with a customized chat window.

On a recent launch of Blogging Espionage intellichat intercepted and converted a total of 641 exiting visitors into sales. At the same time, Exit Splash converted a total of 209 customers. The fact we outperformed the alternative solution wasn’t a major surprise however we were pleasantly surprised that we outperformed it by a 3:1 ratio. By far the most impressive aspect of the test was that our state of the art word and phrase based recognition script converted at 1.86 Chats a sale.

Intellichat Casino has finally launched!

After working closely with some of our friends within the gambling industry, for a while now. We have decided to launch our NEW intellichat platform which has been specifically designed with the gaming industry in mind.

Along with the new site comes advances in chat window design, including our Brand NEW unintrusive Embedded Chat Window. This unique chat window has been developed to work within a sites content. With one of the key focuses within the gaming industry being support, this great tool can sit embedded within the sites content and can either be activated by a simple “Click Here to Talk” or simply as the webpage is loaded. Additionally this new design of window is perfect to incorporate a Short Video or Live Feeds of betting scores or live sports events.

The initial release and analysis of demand has show that our clients want to utilized and incorporate this new feature right across the board, because of this great boost to conversions, we’ll be lauinching many new ideas that we have had within the pipelines for a while. padlockIntellichat Software Ltd have recently upgraded their cyber security after a massive influx of VSA (Virtual Smart Agent) customer’s coming to us explaining how their scripts have been hacked! This came as a shock to us knowing that hackers have entered clients accounts and replaced the offer links with their own, directing all the traffic to their site!

Intellichat has looked closely at how our security differs from other competitors and have addressed possible vulnerabilities, In doing so we have setup IPRS (Internet Protocol Recognition System) which notifies all account managers when a new IP has been used to login to an existing account – and giving limited access to the IP so no personal details, account balances or scripts can be viewed unless the manager has confirmed the IP.

This approach will further assure clients that they exclusively can access accounts outside of their logged home, office or mobile IP, increasing client satisfaction and awareness with these issues.

At this time, we are not aware of any active attacks through our system, but rest assured we have done everything possible to put a stop to this happening with any of our trusted clients.

recessionAs the Recession slowly creeps deeper and deeper into our pockets there is a scarily big increase in people giving up the ghost from the shopping malls to online based service and product providers. Where the recession is scaring people into leaving their cash under the bed till the times have turned; more webmasters are feeling the grunt.

Knowing that the thousands of dollars spent on advertising, pushing traffic, SEO isn’t as effective as it used to be there is another solution which brings back that revenue you were so used to seeing.

Intellichat’s recent tests show that over 65% of visitors will abandon a site without purchasing, leaving that average 35% hanging in the balance. We have been testing since the recession on how we can further assist webmasters and found a huge increase when intercepting while offering a tiny incentive. This incentive could be as little as free shipping, or maybe 5% off, but what we’ve found is that when offering this we have increased sales by as much as 38%!

untitledIt doesn’t seem a year ago since the last London AdTech, but it was that time of year again so out came the brochures and it was back to W14.

Armed with numerous new features, we made the short trip to Kensington safe in the knowledge that we had a much improved product to pitch to the major networks.

With over a million saved sales to our name we set out to seek new partnerships with the attendees and had some extremely promising discussions as well as chatting with a few old friends.

The conference was a resounding success and we have meetings set up with some big networks, some of which look extremely positive!
