Intellichat : The Automated Sales Agent Experts

Were back, after a fantastic few days at the 2008 HostingCon held at the Navy pier in Chicago! Exhibitors and attendees ranged from hosting support services, to web host forums and review sites.

The show definitely lived up to its name as ‘the largest gathering of hosted services professionals in the world.’ We had a bunch of great feedback on our virtual agent software and lots of very keen parties so the account managers are now back and working on overdrive to fulfil our fast turnaround and personal service intellichat has been built on.

I spoke with a lot of hosting providers who are really looking forward to our automated support agents in the near future to decrease their customer service costs drastically, so watch this space.

Hosting Con 2008 is being held in Chicago, starting on the 28^th of July ending on the 30^th. This is a new event that intellichat will be attending; with lots of current webhosting clients already working with us we believe this is a perfect place to showcase our unique sales tool.

David Sipes; the executive intellichat representative in the hosting industry, has the exciting task of attending the conference and preaching the customer service and sales retention benefits hosting companies will gain from using intellichat.
