Intellichat Software Ltd have recently upgraded their cyber security after a massive influx of VSA (Virtual Smart Agent) customer’s coming to us explaining how their scripts have been hacked! This came as a shock to us knowing that hackers have entered clients accounts and replaced the offer links with their own, directing all the traffic to their site!

Intellichat has looked closely at how our security differs from other competitors and have addressed possible vulnerabilities, In doing so we have setup IPRS (Internet Protocol Recognition System) which notifies all account managers when a new IP has been used to login to an existing account – and giving limited access to the IP so no personal details, account balances or scripts can be viewed unless the manager has confirmed the IP.

This approach will further assure clients that they exclusively can access accounts outside of their logged home, office or mobile IP, increasing client satisfaction and awareness with these issues.

At this time, we are not aware of any active attacks through our system, but rest assured we have done everything possible to put a stop to this happening with any of our trusted clients.
